FAQs

Where are the classes located?

All face to face classes are held in South Penrith, NSW. The space has been specially designed to accommodate up to 8 people.

Are the classes available online?

We are always working on ways to educate online but at this stage, unfortunately not. Nails are a very intricate skill to learn and it is always best practice to learn under the guidance of an experienced educator who can watch you as you work.

Which classes are perfect for beginners?

Fundamentals. These courses are specifically designed for beginners as they teach you all the very basics of being a nail technician and you progress through these courses at a slower pace to ensure all steps are mastered before learning the next step.

Which classes are suited to experienced techs?

Conversion classes, workshops and all other courses listed. To attend these courses you do need to provide proof of being a qualified Nail Technician.

What certifications do you receive upon completion?

You will receive an industry recognised certification accredited by Planet Nails Australia.

Do all courses receive kits?

No. Not all courses will have a kit included in the price. Please read through the course details of each course.

Can I bring my own products to a class?

Unless the products are Planet Nails products, it isn’t advised. Our classes are specifically designed using PN products and educators may not be familiar with another brand or product which would pose a safety risk.

How often are classes scheduled?

I am working to have classes scheduled 12 months in advance. There will always be pop up classes with a minimum of 4 weeks notice throughout the year and this will depend on demand, requests and seasonal art/new techniques.

Is there any government funding for the courses?

Unfortunately not. We are however working on payment plans to make it easier for those who need it.
