Course Descriptions
Fundamentals - Beginner
Perfect entry level courses ranging between 3-5 days of face to face classes depending on the chosen product you wish to learn. Included in the course cost is a 1 day assessment to complete a theory and practical assessment on a model to be sat within 6-12 months. During this period you will have ongoing support with your educator and Planet Nails Australia while you complete 20 sets of nails until you feel ready to sit & pass your assessment and receive your certification. These courses cover the absolute fundamentals in becoming a nail technician. These courses are also suited to those who have trained many years ago and feel like they need to start again and cover all the basics.
An industry recognised certificate is awarded upon course completion.
Conversion - Experienced/Training
These courses are VERY fast paced. Experience is essential!! Our Intermediate Conversion Classes are designed for nail technicians who want to add to their skill set, retouching on a few basics, troubleshooting any issues you've had until now and learning new techniques or systems. You should have worked at a Beginners Level for a minimum of 6 months, building up your client base so that you are ready to take your treatments to the next level. Proof of previous training/certificates must be provided upon registration of courses.

Intro to Design / Specialised Workshops / Look and Learn
Online workshops & specialised in salon workshops are suited to experienced nail techs as they range from only 2-4 hours and focus on 1 specialized advanced technique. Proof of previous training/certificates must be provided upon registration of courses.
A Course attendance certificate is awarded.
Look & Learn workshops can be attended by anyone considering working in the nail industry or trying to choose between which courses to attend.
No certificate is awarded.
