Hi, my name is Tennille, I am the owner and educator of Flawless Nail Studio and Training.
Flawless Nail Studio was established 10 years ago in Karratha, WA and has since relocated to our hometown of Penrith, NSW.
I am an Educator for Planet Nails Australia and have been educating for a little over 5 years now, all over Australia.
Nails are my passion, my life, my future and i want to share it all with you.
I started my career out of TAFE and began my journey as a learning nail technician in 2013 as a mobile service. I juggled 2 jobs 9am-4pm & 4:30pm-10pm for a little over 2 years. When i fell pregnant in 2015, i had the opportunity to offer Nail services from home whilst raising our first child. My business grew exponentially, i travelled around Australia enrolling in as many day courses as i could, completed some online training with reputable nail technicians to become the best tech i could be.
In 2017 i was offered a role with an Australian company to educate for them, i completed my education training and ran my first Fundamentals course in 2018 in Western Australia.
Following this, i helped train and educate a further 30 women in Western Australia.
In 2019 my little business was awarded “Small Business of the Year” by Karratha Young Professionals, this was such a highlight in my career and really showed me what i am capable of and how important education was to those around me.
We then relocated back to our hometown of Penrith, NSW where i am now educating for Planet Nails Australia and run Fundamentals, Workshops, Conversion Classes & Bespoke 1:1 Education for ALL levels of Nail Technicians.
Our industry is evolving at a rate that is so hard to keep up with. This means that I am always educating myself and learning further to ensure that i am keeping up with techniques and and the ever changing/evolving methods, products and designs in our industry. This knowledge is then passed onto each and every one of my students, there’s no trade secrets here.
There is an educator and a program out there for you, you just have to find someone you trust and a way of learning that you believe in. There is NO one size fits all.

Learn in an intimate group setting
Here at Flawless Nail Studio, we take a very personal approach to training by only enrolling 4 students in each class. This ensures that each student is given the support, guidance and attention required to obtain the maximum out of their education in class. The students in each class form a special bond as they grow their strengths and abilities and usually all pass their assessment and exam on the same day together.
